I was making great progress with regards to getting into playing shape, but the holidays just totally derailed all of that. As it is, I’m right back where I started. Those buffets are really killing me. Anyway, slowly trying to ease back into the flow of things, only for some reason, I was REALLY strong the other day. Ended up lifting heavier than I have in years. Now my entire body is hurting like crazy.
I need a massage and a memory foam mattress. Whatever can give me an edge. I’ve got the basketball skill. I’ve just got to get back the body.
